The Delivery Phase ...

Finally, we come to the conclusion and delivery of the project. This is where we work closely with our customers to ensure that the final product or service works smoothly and meets agreed specifications

In the case of websites or online applications, we can train our customers in how to use any dynamic features of their web site. This could include anything from using the content management tools for keeping text or graphics on a website regularly updated; to the available support and escalation procedures should something not behave as planned or expected.

For media projects, we fully test the final product on a range of media players or output devices, burn master copies of the content to CD or DVD (or other requested media), and we run through all the features of the project with our customers.

Upon request we can build custom DVD menu systems or integrate the media into a dedicated website for preview or sharing on line.
